The press conference is held in conjunction with the inauguration of the PINArena in South Jakarta. This property company intends to make the property more accessible to the public for a more excellent livelihood.
The establishing of the Pinhome application according to the immense mobility of the community towards their devices, and to facilitate the property enthusiasts to be able to explore their ideal dwelling easily, safely, and conveniently anywhere. In addition, the Pinhome application also provides access to household and lifestyle services to acknowledge the publics’ need for cleaning and relaxation services.

Therefore, we provide the Pinhome application to facilitate all property enthusiasts’ access after previously accessing Pinhome services only through the website. According to the Bank Indonesia data, residential property purchases boosted by 13,95% in Indonesia’s first quarter of 2021. This outcome is relatively substantial compared to the fourth quarter of 2020, which had contracted by 20,59%. This increase occurred for all types of houses. Furthermore, Bank Indonesia data shows a growth in the residential property price index (IHPR) in the second quarter by 1,49% in 2021, higher than the growth in the first quarter by1,35% in 2021.
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a substantial impact on the property industry. The industry actors were encouraged to take the opportunity to transform to keep running amid the covid outbreak. Digital transformation is unavoidable given the significant increase in people’s need for online services due to government policies to limit people’s mobility outside the home.
Furthermore, Dara also inaugurated a collaboration space simultaneously with the launching of Pinhome Application, namely PINArena. This area is dedicated to all members of the Pinhome community to carry out various activities such as meetings, workshops, workspaces, and gathering by providing suitable facilities for their necessities.

The launching of Pinhome application contemplates contributing further to the extension of the property sector for consumers and improving the policies of industry players in the property sector.
