Heaptalk, Jakarta — PT Adhimix Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Indonesia, a PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia subsidiary, has officially released its e-commerce platform Adhimix Retail. This platform enables its corporate and individual consumers to order ready-mix concrete.
Adopting a business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer sales scheme, this platform provides various user-friendly and secure features like other on-demand applications. This application has several features, including real-time product availability, payment system options, such as pay later, and tracking of concrete transport vehicles based on a Google map, ready-to-download travel documents, and concrete quality advice.
To continue to provide the best quality for consumers, ready-mix concrete is processed in a particular concrete factory (batching plant) using high-tech machines with various strict construction requirements, such as resistance, finish, and management through variable ratios of cement, water, and aggregate in the mix. The quality of cement materials has been tested to meet the consumers’ needs.
“People can order the best quality ready mix concrete to build houses, factories/warehouses, highways, shop houses, offices, and other construction buildings more easily and efficiently. On the other hand, in 2022, the Adhimix Retail application was downloaded by over 27,000 active users, coming from Jakarta (63%), Bekasi (25.9%), Tangerang (11%), Depok (9%), Bandung (7.6%), Surabaya (4.7%), Semarang (2.5%), and Bogor (2.3%).
Meanwhile, regarding the company’s product utilization, approximately 60% of customers come from corporations, and 40% of customers come from individual customers, focusing on factory construction (31%), residential (26%), offices (24%), and road infrastructure (19%).
