A cybersecurity startup Peris.ai secures funding from East Ventures

Gaining an undisclosed amount of funding from East Ventures, Peris.ai has also recorded over 20% month-over-month (mom) growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indonesia-based cybersecurity as a service startup, Peris.ai, has received the latest fresh injection with an undisclosed amount and investment round led by Indonesia‘s agnostic sector venture capital firm, East Venture. An early-stage venture capital company Magic Fund also joins in this funding.

Through the newest capital injection, this cybersecurity startup will dispense the fund to establish and elevate its cybersecurity platform, enhance machine learning and AI capability, and nurture the ethical hacker community.

Responding to the new injection obtained, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Peris.ai, David Samuel, revealed his gratitude for gaining the strategic backing of investors through this funding, aiming to support the company’s objective of affording comprehensive solutions dedicated to the organization from cyber-attacks.

Moreover, David discerns a cyber attack issue is more significant than ever, demonstrated by the constantly evolving cybersecurity threats and the considerable increase in reliance on technology and connected devices. For this reason, the CEO of this technology startup believes the presence of Peris.ai will be at the forefront, particularly in adequately granting data protection for every business sector and individual.

The cybersecurity services of Peris.ai

Cyber attacks and data breaches can lead to severe consequences for businesses in Indonesia, covering the loss of sensitive information, financial damage, and reputational harm. Focusing on cybersecurity as a service since its inception, Peris.ai intends to aid businesses and individuals to toughen their cybersecurity through extensive services, spanning a bounty platform powered by ethical hackers, ongoing monitoring and protection of networks, systems, data, as well as incident response and recovery services.

Currently, Peris.ai offers its solution as a subscription-based service with different pricing tiers according to the organization’s requisites. The company also equips a specialized SaaS-based platform for high-risk industries and companies with complex IT infrastructures. All the services are performed with Peris.ai’s advanced technologies and expertise.ai cybersecurity consultants and software engineers, allowing the entire client to gain maximum protection.

In terms of business progress, Peris.ai has noted a minimum of 20% month-over-month growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). This company comprises 13 highly skilled individuals with in-depth knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity and software engineering. To retain its business continuity, the Peris.ai technology startup is backed by a community of over 1,200 ethical hackers, intending to stay up-to-date with the latest threats and vulnerabilities.
