IOH opens new IM3 outlet in Kelapa Gading

Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) expands its services and product diversification by opening new IM3 outlets in Kelapa Gading and introducing platinum package.

Chandra Pradyot Singh, EVP-Head of IOH Jakarta Raya area stated, “The opening of this official outlet reflects our commitment to be closer to our customers and make them easily to access IM3 services which more digitalize. This measure also supports our vision to provide better and innovative services to our customers around Kelapa Gading.”

As cited in IOH official release, this new branch is the 4th franchise IM3 outlet which adopts fast, simple, and flexible concept. Situated at Boulevard Raya Street No 25 Blok FV1 Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, the IM3 outlet features several services, such as sim cards replacement, data package purchase, prepaid and postpaid activation, and complaints. According to Wida Utari, VP Head of Retail IOH Ops. Circle Jakarta Raya, the new outlet also provides services through WhatsApp for people around the area. For people who want to enjoy this benefit, the outlet is open starting from 8am to 8pm every day.

Regarding the product, Indosat also rolled out new innovation named IM3 Platinum, a package which is designed to answer the needs of various segments, including families, entrepreneurs, and professionals. These new product includes:

  1. Platinum Satu package: internet quota up to 1Tb that is priced at Rp1 million.
  2. Platinum Family: this product integrates all communication needs in one billing. Equipped with quota sharing feature for fuve person, this package is offered starting from Rp 80,000 per month for 50GB.

Shatya Framudia, SVP Head of IOH Region Inner Circle Jakarta Raya stated that the platinum customers also obtain other benefits, such as exclusive network, and no queue service, exclusive lounge in certain areas, and the free flow coffee for certain outlets which provide coffee machines.
