Heaptalk, Jakarta – PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia (DCVI) has launched TruckParts by Mercedes-Benz Truck, an alternative spare parts solution for owners of older Mercedes-Benz Actros and Arocs trucks. This new innovation provides customers with an additional option beyond genuine Mercedes-Benz Truck parts, offering a more affordable yet durable and tested alternative that meets Mercedes-Benz Truck standards.

As commercial vehicles age, maintenance costs—particularly for spare part replacements—become one of the largest expenses for truck owners. This leads some customers to explore non-official workshops, despite concerns over quality and safety standards. Addressing this issue, Faustina, Head of Customer Service and Parts (CSP) Commercial at DCVI, emphasized that TruckParts is designed for loyal customers who wish to continue using Mercedes-Benz Trucks with a more cost-efficient approach.

“All TruckParts products have been tested and approved according to Mercedes-Benz Truck standards. This means customers can rely on TruckParts, which is distinct from aftermarket products in the market—without compromising safety and reliability. We understand that cost efficiency is a primary concern, especially for vehicles operating for more than five years. With TruckParts, we provide spare parts that maintain Mercedes-Benz quality standards at a more competitive price. Moreover, these products are exclusively available at our authorized dealers, ensuring reliable after-sales service,” Faustina explained.

Designed for Safety, Reliability, and Cost Efficiency

TruckParts is designed to help Mercedes-Benz Actros and Arocs owners maintain vehicle performance without switching to non-official aftermarket products. Built to Mercedes-Benz standards, these parts ensure long-term safety and reliability.

TruckParts covers various spare part categories, including:

  • Wear and Tear Parts: Wishbone control arm, air suspension bellow, brake lining, starter battery, and brake disc.
  • Maintenance Parts: Odor filter, air filter (front & rear intake), and filter cartridge.
  • Collision Repair Parts: Headlamp and fog lamp.

With these extensive options, TruckParts ensures that trucks remain in optimal operating condition.

Key Advantages of TruckParts

TruckParts offers several key benefits that make it the ideal solution for maintaining Mercedes-Benz Trucks:

  • More affordable pricing while maintaining high reliability standards.
  • Lower overall vehicle operating costs with predictable replacement intervals.
  • Technically tested to ISO/DIN standards, meeting all safety requirements.
  • Easy installation, reducing maintenance time.
  • Durability matched to the remaining service life of the vehicle.
  • Warranty and guarantees equivalent to genuine parts.
  • Developed by Mercedes-Benz Trucks experts, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
  • Supported by an extensive network of authorized Mercedes-Benz Truck dealers.

With TruckParts, DCVI reaffirms its commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions for Mercedes-Benz Truck owners, ensuring that their vehicles continue to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
