Heaptalk, Jakarta — Deputy Minister of Communications and Digital Affairs (Komdigi) Nezar Patria expressed full support for the Ministry of Law and Human Rights’ development of the Caraka super app. “We fully support this super app, which will significantly enhance public services and legal/permit administration tools,” Nezar emphasized.
In a written press release on Sunday (05/18), he explained that Komdigi will provide the necessary infrastructure and interoperability to integrate Caraka with other ministries and institutions. He stated, “Data from the Caraka super app will be integrated with the National Data Center (PDN), as it is part of the electronic-based government system (SPBE) managed by Komdigi.”
According to Nezar Patria, the Caraka super app is expected to launch in early 2026. “Currently, the development process is ongoing through collaboration between the Ministry of Law and Komdigi,” he added.
