SP4N LAPOR technical guidance on complaint management was carried out for two days on May 29-30, 2023, presenting speakers from Kemenpanrb and USAID SEGAR.
Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Government of East Kutai through the Department of Communication and Informatics, Statistics and Encryption held technical guidance on the management of SP4N LAPOR in the context of developing the implementation of an electronic-based government system (SPBE) at the Mercure Hotel Samarinda, East Kalimantan on May 29-30, 2023.
The technical guidance which was held for two days was attended by 137 participants from 39 regional apparatuses and 18 districts as contact persons for East Kutai SP4N LAPOR. On the second day, this activity presented representative speakers from the Public Service Sector of the Ministry of State Civil Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpanrb) Silvia Diaz Carinadewi and USAID SEGAR Ria Mayasari.
In his closing remarks, the Secretary of the Department of Communication and Informatics, Statistics and Encryption of East Kutai, Rasyid, said, “Grateful for the participation and enthusiasm for being able to attend. On the second day, we recorded 137 participants. Hopefully, it can produce quality human resources which are expected to improve a better service system.”
Further, this activity is one of the efforts to improve the quality of public services by increasing admin capacity as human resources for complaint management at SP4N LAPOR. Apart from that, this technical guidance is also an effort to encourage the use of the SP4N LAPOR Kutai Timur complaint service in supporting the implementation of the SPBE according to Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on SPBE, Presidential Regulation No. 76 of 2013 on Public Service Complaints, and Law no. 25 of 2009 on Public Services.
According to Rasyid, the SP4N LAPOR application will provide maximum service impact for the community. Therefore, complaint management is important as a means of improving public services and increasing public trust, the basis for decision and policy-making, as well as overseeing government accountability.
