Heaptalk, Jakarta – Aiming to drive and accelerate the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), Indonesia’s Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) through the Directorate General for Fostering Regional Financial (Bina Keuda) organized the national coordinating meeting and APBD Award at the Grand Sahid, Jakarta on Wednesday (12/18).
By adopting theme “Increasing Regional Fiscal Capacity through Information Technology- Based Regional Financial Management”, the agenda was opened directly by the Kemendagri’s Minister Tito Karnavian.
As reported by Daily Executor (Plh) Director General for Bina Keuda, Horas Maurits Panjaitan, the event targets to socialize the latest regulations. “Moreover, this also becomes a platform to strengthen coordination, share knowledge and best practice to manage regional finance,” conveyed Maurits.
Implementing this initiative, Kemendagri intends to carry out President Prabowo’s mandate, namely to drive a creative economy as the new engine to leverage national economic growth..
“We hope that through this agenda, we can show appreciation to regional governments and also stimulate them to work better to assist the countries in achieving the 8% GDP target,” Maurits said.
