Heaptalk, Jakarta — After being postponed for almost three years, Indonesia’s largest packaging, printing, and paper expo, ALLpack, is officially open today at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta (10/12).
CEO of Krista Exhibitions, Daud Salim, as the promotor, delivered that the organizing of the event aims to capture people’s demand for the industry in the post-pandemic while promoting the industry’s potential.
Daud added that the strong potency of this industry would be demonstrated by 765 companies who attended the event. “ALLpack is the Biggest Printing, Packaging, and Paper exhibition in Indonesia that is participated by 765 companies, 550 companies from AllPack, and 225 companies from AllPrint. In addition, 17 representatives from countries abroad also attend this event,” Daud said in a statement during the opening ceremony of ALLPack (10/12).
Daud also added that the high technology presented by the exhibitors at this expo would assist entrepreneurs, both big companies and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), to improve their packaging. Daud perceived that packaging plays an important role in supporting business as it can protect the product and even provides value-added to a product.
For additional information, this expo is held from October 12 -15, 2022, and is divided into two categories, spanning All Print Indonesia, and World Paper of Tissue 2022. The categories are created to make entrepreneurs easy in finding their needs.
As the Government’s support of the event, the Director General of Agronomy Industry, Ministry of Industry, Putu Juli Ardika, stated, “This event is a great collaboration. We generate high-quality paper that can compete in the international market. We also have a great market cap. The event opens the opportunity to perform business matching between the association and its members and industry players who are producers in the sector of food and beverages, the pharmaceutical industry, and other sectors that utilize paper as the packaging material.”

In addition, Putu also stated that this four-day event is the right place to find the best printing producers as the demand for this sector will increase dramatically following the ‘democratic party’, (presidential election) that will be held in 2024.
