Heaptalk, Jakarta – MICE Program of State Polytechnic of Jakarta (PNJ), together with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), will hold Indonesia Mice Conference and Exhibition (INAMICE) on Monday, June 13th, 2022. The event will take place in Harris Hotel and Conventions Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.
Lofty Indonesia’s prominent figures will attend the 5th INAMICE, spanning the Minister of Kemenparekraf Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, and the Chairman of the House of Representatives (DPR) Commission X, Syaiful Huda. At the event, these well-known figures will deliver an insightful speech concerning the MICE event and its business from the Authority’s view.
In addition, the Director of Mice Kemenparekraf Maruroh and the Tourism Director Deputy of The Ministry of National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) Istasius Angger Anindito will share their knowledge to enliven INAMICE. From the security perspective, the event has invited the Director of National Security Intelligence Hirbak Wahyu Setiawan.
Presenting the MICE practitioner’s side, INAMICE has invited Muhammad Razi Abdullah as the Executive Vice President of Royalindo. INAMICE also has appointed Editor in Chief of Venue Magazine Bayu Hari Himawan and the education practitioner of PNJ Imam Syafganti as the moderators.
Based on the event’s press release, the conference will contain two attractive discussion sessions. The first session will discuss the Collaboration of Government and the MICE Industry to ensure the security in organizing in-person MICE. Furthermore, the second session will provide knowledge about “Indonesia’s readiness as the host of G20 in the pandemic era”.
By adopting “Is Indonesia ready to hold In-Person MICE Event?”, the offline event will implement strict health protocol based on Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability (CHSE) Guidelines. The presence of INAMICE 2022 is expected to facilitate the entire MICE industry players to find a solution and perform collaboration to hold in-person MICE Events in the post-pandemic.
INAMICE is a regular event held by the 6th-semester students of the MICE Program, PNJ. Choosing conference as its main agenda, the event also presents other spectacular showcases, such as Mask Dance (a traditional dance from Betawi) and MICE Lifetime Achievement Award. Regardless of this agenda, the event also will present Betawi’s cultural exhibition that employs “The Spirit Behind Metropolis City” as the theme, photo booth, etc. (WLN)
