Heaptalk, Jakarta – Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) is targeted to reach over USD338 million transaction value in its organizing this year which will be held on February15-25 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta (USD1 equals Rp15,671).

On Tuesday (06/02), President Director of Dyandra Promosindo Daswar Marpaung explained on IIMS 2024 press conference, “For the event that will be held at JIExpo we plan to make a-not-so aggressive but realistic target, such as the 470 thousand visitors for 11 days will result in a transaction for more than USD338.”

In order to achieve the target, Daswar said IIMS 2024 is presented with more festivity along with an interesting series of events namely Motor Show and infinite music that will be held in the middle of IIMS 2024 exhibition to give exhilarating experiences for the visitor. Not only that, with the improved Indonesian maritime tourism will help escalate the public’s interest to explore the natural beauty of the Indonesian sea.

“Visitors will know more about good quality maritime products that can ammodote maritime tourism. We invite everyone, from industry actors, automotive enthusiasts, to witness it live for the 11 days event period in JiExpo,” said the Project Manager of IIMS 2024, Rudi MF.

Rudi said for this upcoming event, IBG will be transformed into a “Kids-Friendly” area by providing 2 pools with one of them having a shallow water depth that could be enjoyed by families with children.

In the previous IIMS back in February 2023, IBG succeeded in attracting visitors’ attention even filling the B2 hall of JIExpo Kemayoran. IBG was successfully presenting an exhibition of numerous types of ship as well as giving socialization regarding maritime and an amazing related products. 

“We are collaborating with the Community for Maritime Studies Indonesia (CMSI) to introduce all different kinds of ships to the visitors. We are looking forward to welcoming IBG back as a part of IIMS 2024 and hoping the existence will enrich visitors’ experience in exploring Indonesia’s maritime,” said Rudi.

Regarding the participants, Rudi mentioned there will be 187 participants that will fill the exhibition place of 133,547 square meters.

For the ticket entrance ticket, IIMS 2024 will be divided into two categories, such as IIMS Infinite Show specifically for automotive exhibition and IIMS Infinite Live for entertainment and music. On weekdays, the ticket entrance is going to be the combination of IIMS Infinite Show and IIMS Infinitive Live that will allow visitors to experience both events simultaneously with the price of USD3,19.

As for the weekend, the IIMS Infinite Show and IIMS Infinite Live ticket entrance will be sold separately, such as USD5,42 for the automotive exhibition only and USD11,80 for both packages.
