Heaptalk, Jakarta — Serang Regent Ratu Tatu Chasanah has won the BUMD Awards in the Mentor category for the seventh time.
“Praise be to God, on behalf of the Serang Regency Government, I would like to thank the board of directors of BPR Serang and Perumda Tirta Albantani for their performance, service, and significant contributions to the Serang Regency Regional Budget,” Tatu told reporters in Jakarta on Monday (04/28).
This achievement aligns with the progress of two regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) under the Serang Regency Government: BPR Serang and Perumda Tirta Albantani. Both regional-owned enterprises also received awards at the 2025 BUMD Awards.
According to her, this golden-category award motivates the Serang Regency Government and the BUMDs to improve their performance and public service further. She said, “This award encourages all of us to continue working even better in the future.”
Meanwhile, Dadi Suryadi, Director of PT BPR Serang, stated that his company’s performance resulted from guidance and mentorship from shareholders, particularly Serang Regent Ratu Tatu Chasanah. Improvements were seen in revenue, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and dividends distributed to the Serang Regency Government.
Dadi explained that net profit in 2023 reached Rp10 billion, rising to Rp12.8 billion in 2024. Additionally, third-party funds increased by 7.08%.
Similarly, Perumda Tirta Albantani also showed progress, with its net profit rising from Rp43.6 billion in 2022 to Rp48.3 billion in 2023. The company’s dividends also increased—from Rp900 million in 2022 to Rp901 million in 2023 and Rp1.1 billion in 2024.
