Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) supported the launch of e-Monev app as a general application for national development planning, focusing on development control functions.

According to Nanik Murwati, Deputy for Institutional and Governance at the Ministry of PANRB, the establishment of this General Application for National Development Planning is expected to improve, encourage, and embody open, participatory, innovative, and accountable government while also supporting the creation of an integrated ecosystem for national development planning services.

“e-Monev was developed to improve our governance and enhance collaboration between government agencies in carrying out governmental tasks, especially in the field of national development planning,” said Nanik Murwati during the Launching of the e-Monev Application as a General Application for National Development Planning and Development Control Functions event in Jakarta (09/23).

This interconnection represents a tangible form of impactful collaboration between government agencies to build integrated administrative services, focusing on strengthening the synchronization of planning and budgeting. Nanik said the launch of this integrated application aligns with the government’s digital transformation. This transformation focuses on improving governance, optimizing the use of technology, and fostering multi-actor collaboration, which is expected to simplify bureaucracy in providing services.

She noted that national development planning is one of the priorities for 2024. One concrete effort is the interoperability of national development planning systems by establishing the General Application for National Development Planning. The Krisna app serves the planning and budgeting functions, while the e-Monev application plays a role in development control. The e-Monev app is linked to the Sakti app in the Ministry of Finance and will soon be integrated with the SIPD app in the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Ministerial Decree No. 356/2024 was previously issued concerning the General Application for National Development Planning. This integration is a model for other ministries, agencies, and regional governments to consolidate and integrate services, applications, and data to create a service ecosystem. “We hope that system integration and shared use of applications and data will not only occur at the central government level but also extend to local governments through connectivity with the SIPD at the Ministry of Home Affairs,” she concluded.
