Heaptalk, Jakarta — J&T Express, a global logistics service provider, has introduced J&T Heboh, a new, more cost-effective, and efficient shipping service. Available nationwide starting September 9, 2024, J&T Heboh has the tagline “Send heavier, lighter shipping cost” to address the needs for wholesale and heavier package deliveries for both businesses and individual consumers.

J&T Heboh offers shipping rates starting from Rp3,000 per kilogram for packages weighing 3–10 kilograms. This affordable service for heavier goods will make it easier for customers to send large quantities and support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sustainably running their businesses.

Erick, Director of Marketing at J&T Express, stated, “J&T Heboh is ready to meet consumer logistics needs with competitive rates and high efficiency without compromising service quality. This latest service reaffirms J&T’s commitment to innovation in every service we offer. Moving forward, we will continue to innovate to provide added value and support the smooth operation of our customers’ businesses and activities across Indonesia.”

J&T Heboh was designed based on feedback from multiple segments, including businesses that regularly ship heavy packages in their operations. These businesses come from diverse sectors, including fashion, household goods, body care products, sports equipment, computers, communication, and consumer electronics (3C).

Responding to the need for low-cost, large-volume shipping solutions from businesses and individual customers, J&T Heboh will focus on deliveries outside the e-commerce platform. Both business and personal consumers can use this service for regular shipments through the nearest drop-off points or the J&T Express app.

“Many consumers and businesses have trusted J&T Express for shipping activities due to our quality and cost-effective solutions. As a token of appreciation for our loyal customers, J&T Heboh is focused on meeting the needs of wholesale and heavy package customers with more affordable shipping costs and efficient delivery. We invite all businesses and consumers who send heavier packages to experience the excitement of J&T Heboh’s pricing firsthand,” Erick concluded.
