Heaptalk, Jakarta — French communication firm Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) announced the addition of Indonesia-based system integrator PT Nusatrindo Sejati.
This strategic affiliation enables Alcatel to penetrate the Indonesian market, particularly in critical sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and banking, by delivering on-premises Unified Communication (UC) solutions for the archipelago’s customers. The measure will also assist these entities to flourish in new opportunities as businesses increasingly seek guidance and innovative solutions to help them execute their digital transformation roadmaps.
