Heaptalk, Jakarta — Tangerang City Government seizes an award for implementing Minimum Service Standards (SPM), a hat-trick achievement for the 2023 fiscal year with the best category from the Directorate General of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
“Based on the assessment, the Tangerang city government won third champion in the best performing city category in implementing the 2023 SPM category,” the Acting Mayor of Tangerang, Nurdin, conveyed during the SPM Awards event in Jakarta. (04/24)
On the other hand, Nurdin also appreciated his staff for successfully retaining the 2024 SPM Award. In his further statement, the central government also appreciates the Tangerang city government’s performance in providing services to the community. For this reason, Nurdin expressed his acknowledgment to the Ministry of Home Affairs board for the awards granted.
“This achievement can be a motivation to further improve the quality of service to the community by increasing better service standards,” Nurdin added.
