Lamudi and Blibli cooperate to boost the national economy

Heaptalk, Jakarta — Lamudi, a property technology company, has announced the collaboration with Blibli in providing incentives for the property seekers and assisting their craving to have the property amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This cooperation also aimed to espouse national economic restoration. 

Tabitha Audrey, Head of Marketing Lamudi, revealed her opinion regarding the collaboration, “this partnership is our manifestation as a property technology company in expressing an appreciation to the property seekers who have supported in raising national property trading. With the collaboration between the property sector and e-commerce, which is a huge portion of the national economy, we expect to be able to accelerate the property sector recovery that was affected due to the outbreak,”

As reported by the Ministry of Trade in 2020, the data showed that the digital sector Indonesia committed a substantial contribution of 4% to Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) or equally with 632 trillion. The collaboration between the digital and property sector itself reached the contribution by 3,02% of Indonesia’s GDP in 2020 or equitably with 324,3 trillion. This outcome has a considerable potential to push forward the economic retrieval which was impacted due to the pandemic.

The property and trading sectors are part of a sector that was prioritized by the government in the Roadmap Digital Indonesia scheme in 2021 – 2024. These sectors are considered as two influential sectors significantly for the state incomes. The property and trading industry are related to upstream and downstream industries which turn into the key of the national economy which is still concentrated on labor-intensive industries.

Lamudi and Blibli cooperated in providing discount vouchers for each purchase or property search over Lamudi.co.id for the initial users of Blibli. The vouchers will be presented for the number of property seekers who accessed the property products in the Lamudi.co.id during the October 2021 period. This intention aimed to stimulate property purchasing desires during the COVID-19 outbreak.

“As a digital company engaged in the e-commerce sector, our cooperation with Lamudi.co.id shows our efforts to assist the economic restoration for the country with partners. This collaboration is a tangible manifestation that Blibli is trying to encourage the expansion and improvement of the public economy,” Florence Ariani, Associate Vice President Marketing Partnership of Blibli.com said in her statement.

Lamudi.co.id constantly enhance the adaptation of Property Technology in Indonesia by providing services to simplify the property journey for every user from the searching, selling, and purchasing process. This PropTech company cooperated with stakeholders in the property sector to become a passage of the solution and facilitator for the growth of Indonesia’s digital property sectors, with the aspiration to be a credible colleague in looking for the property.
