Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encryption (Diskominfo Staper) of East Kutai held Technical Guidance on the SP4N LAPOR management in Mercure Hotel, Samarinda. (05/29)
Attended by the Head of Diskominfo Staper of East Kutai, Ery Mulyadi, he delivered that this activity discusses implementing an Electronic Based Service System (SPBE) improvement. According to his statement, the agenda was attended by 39 Regional Apparatuses and 18 Districts as contact persons for SP4N LAPOR in East Kutai Regency.
Concurrently, The Economic and Development Assistant, Zubair, explained that the SP4N LAPOR application was developed to increase community participation to monitor the government program in developing and public services, which are expected to increase transparency between the government and the community.
Further, he added that SP4N LAPOR also functions as an integrative public service complaint channel in stages from the regions to the center, which is managed jointly by the Presidential Staff Office (KSP), the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Ministry of Communication and Informatics.
“The SP4N LAPOR application will provide maximum service impact for the community. Complaint management is critical for public improvement, increasing public trust, the basis for decision-making and policy, and overseeing government accountability,” added Zubair.
Furthermore, he looks forward to the technical guidance of the SP4N LAPOR implementation can run smoothly and produce qualified human resources to improve the service system.
The Assistant Deputy Young Policy Analysts spokesperson was also present to formulate policies and coordinate the implementation of electronic-based government systems in the institutional and governance fields. Then, the Head of the East Kalimantan Kominfo Service, Muhammad Faisal, and the General Manager of Inixindo, Denny Willyanto, also attended this activity.
Faisal expects the entire regional apparatuses and sub-districts to enhance the system’s quality and attract people’s participation in the development administration.
“The activity intends to increase the capacity of the Human Resources (HR) admin manager of SP4N LAPOR to overall regional apparatuses for providing public services. Optimizing the use of this complaint system complaint service is expected to support the implementation of SPBE,” concluded Faisal.
