Leveraging AI, XL Axiata partners with Huawei to accelerate digital business

XL Axiata and Huawei will develop opportunities to optimize cloud systems and use software more effectively.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — XL Axiata and Huawei announced a strategic partnership focused on AI-based digital business (03/01). The signing of the MoU was carried out by XL Axiata President Director & CEO Dian Siswarini and Huawei Account Director Weiwei on the sidelines of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona (02/28).

This collaboration will concentrate on utilizing AI technology to accelerate XL Axiata’s digital business operations and support the improvement of customer services and experiences. The two companies will collaborate intensively to adopt AI technology to strengthen operational excellence, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency.

Additionally, both parties will develop opportunities to optimize cloud systems and use software more effectively. Through this partnership, XL Axiata hopes to be able to produce better-personalized services and the latest innovations for the needs of more than 57 million customers.

“This partnership with Huawei will enable XL Axiata to accelerate the digital transformation process and improve services to customers. In the future, XL Axiata will collaborate more intensively with Huawei to develop AI technology and encourage better company operations,” stated Dian as quoted by Pasardana (03/01).

This collaboration is expected to strengthen both companies’ position in the market and enable them to grow together and take advantage of new opportunities. Weiwei said that his party is glad to partner with XL Axiata to encourage innovation and improve digital business operations. “This collaboration shows our commitment to leveraging AI technology to provide more value to our customers and continue to drive growth,” Weiwei concluded.
