Xiaomi releases a new 12T 5G series, granting an OIS technology for content creators

Xiaomi 12T 5G series is also furnished with 108MP Pro-grade camera as the most prominent camera specification in its rank.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — Xiaomi has unveiled its new smartphone series, Xiaomi 12T 5G. This latest smartphone is embedded with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology with a pro-grade camera of 108MP support devoted to content creators cultivating their digital creations using one device.

The Marketing Director of Xiaomi Indonesia, Vanessa Tan, stated, “We comprehend our users necessitates in capturing their precious moments. For this reason, we decided to launch the new Xiaomi 12T 5G smartphone with the capability of perpetuating momentum more quickly. This product has also augmented Xiaomi’s portfolios by the end of this year, as well as reinforcing our consistency in presenting quality products innovatively,”

This 12T 5G series is furnished with the primary camera of 108MP Pro-grade camera as the most prominent camera specification in its level and is provided by the ISOCELL HM6 censor with the Nanopixel Plus technology, an advanced autofocus capability, as well as the opening angle of 83.6°, enabling users to capture a Wide Angle picture ideally.

With the Triple Rear Camera combination, the primary camera of this latest Xiaomi product has also supported an 8MP Ultra Wide Camera, allowing customers to take a panoramic object from a wide angle. In addition, a 2MP of the macro camera has also been granted to catch moments in multiple situations. This series also has a 20MP Selfie camera on the front, enabling Xiaomi’s consumers to properly produce selfie and vlogging content. An ultra Night Video feature is also presented to develop a Night Mode quality video with up to 4K of its size.

The new Xiaomi 12T 5G is supported with a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra chipset, with a TSMC 5nm manufacturing process. This Chipset technology is furnished with the latest GPU structure to improve a smartphone’s performance and power efficiency by up to 30%, including a clock speed development, cache, and storage speed to be more impressive.

An impressive chipset is combined with an LPDDR5 + UFS 3.1 memory, with an 8GB RAM capacity, enabling users to extend its capacity by up to 3GB to simplify users in executing photo editing activity. This brand also provides a ROM of 256GB to facilitate customers to collect their plenty of digital creations.

In response to the advanced chipset technology of this product, the Deputy general manager of the Wireless Communications Business Unit of MediaTek, CH Chen, conveyed, “This chipset category is a proper technology for content creators to perform live streaming and capture their digital content. With the pro-grade camera and ISP MediaTek Imagiq 790 combination in the chipset, they can experience a noise reduction benefit and obtain an anti-blur technique in low-light situations. Besides, this chipset also supports the latest connectivity, including Wi-Fi 6E, New Bluetooth 5.3, and GNSS technologies.”

Furthermore, this smartphone is bolstered by the Smart 120W HyperCharge technology to recharge a 5000mAh battery capacity, enabling the 12T to complete full charging for only 21 minutes. Meanwhile, a Mega Cooling System technology with a Vapor Chamber of 3725mm² can reduce heat by up to 27%.

In terms of the smartphone screen, the CrystalRes 6.67 AMOLED DotDisplay technology is accessible to generate a clear and sharp color combination. This screen is also embedded with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz with an Adaptive Sync Display, a Touch Sampling rate of up to 480Hz, and the Adaptive True Display, allowing customers to ensure well-maintained color. An HDR 10+ and Dual Stereo Speakers with Dolby Atmos technology support can also deliver superior audio-visual for the users.

This newest series also has an Anti-Glare Glass for its body rear layer, with a body dimension of 163.1mm x 75.9mm x 8.6mm and a weight of 202 grams. This product is available in two colors, black and blue, and is equipped with a Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5 on the rear and front positions. Also, this newest product uses an MIUI 13 operation system based on the 12th Android-based, with support of three times software updates and security patches for up to 4 years.

Xiaomi 12T 5G is priced worth US$427, or approximately Rp6,599,000. This brand also provides a warranty duration of 24 months with VIP Services, including free screen repairs and out-of-warranty repairs without work costs. On the other hand, Xiaomi Indonesia also provides enticing promos for pre-order durations from December 1st to 8th, 2022, including a cashback of Rp300,000 in Tokopedia, a Xiaoni Smart Band 7 for free, and 0% installment up to 18 months. This product is available at the official website Mi.com, Tokopedia, Xiaomi Store, and Erafone.
