Heaptalk, Jakarta — Infinix, a tech brand with the spirit of Jadiin Mau Lo, meaning make it yours, is set to launch two new variants of the Note 50 Series—the Note 50X 5G+ and Note 50S 5G+—in Indonesia on May 16, 2025. Expanding its AI Gaming Phone lineup this year, the series comes with significant upgrades, including the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate 5G (4nm) chipset, military-grade durability certification for the Note 50X 5G+, and a curved display design and enhanced camera features for the Note 50S 5G+.

Sergio Ticoalu, Head of Marketing at Infinix Indonesia, stated: “The arrival of the Infinix Note 50 Series with 5G+ variants will further expand choices for XFans who want a more comprehensive smartphone experience—from premium design and practical Infinix AI features to proven durability and the signature high-speed performance of the Note Series. Each Note 50 5G+ variant will bring its strengths, designed to meet users’ specific needs. We are thrilled to launch both devices on May 16 officially.”

The Note 50X 5G+ is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate 5G (4nm) processor, which delivers smarter, more responsive, and more efficient multitasking, whether for gaming or entertainment. It features a 6.67-inch crisp display and a 5,200mAh battery with 45W All-Round FastCharge 3.0, Bypass Charging, and 10W Reverse Wireless Charging, ensuring up to four years of battery performance durability.

Additionally, the Note 50X 5G+ will be the first in the Note Series in Indonesia to achieve MIL-STD-810H certification, a military-grade durability standard testing resistance to shocks, vibrations, extreme temperatures, and humidity. Combined with an IP64 rating, the device is built to provide extra protection for highly mobile users with dynamic lifestyles.

On the other hand, the Note 50S 5G+ introduces a more stylish design with a 6.78-inch 3D Curved AMOLED Display (FHD+ resolution, up to 144Hz refresh rate). Beyond an immersive viewing experience, it also boasts a significant camera upgrade—a 64MP Sony IMX682 Ultra Clear Camera, making it the highest-resolution camera variant in the Note 50 Series.

As one of the most anticipated smartphones in Indonesia, the Note 50S 5G+ has already captured attention thanks to its exclusive Energizing Scent-Tec technology—an Infinix innovation that introduces a new sensory experience through the first-ever aromatic leather panel on an Infinix smartphone. Beyond these upgrades, the Note 50 5G+ Series retains the core DNA of the Note 50 Series, including the Infinix AI∞ feature suite, which offers intuitive and efficient tools for productivity, mobile gaming, and optimized power management.
