Heaptalk, Jakarta — Cetta, an Indonesian IT and software service provider, announced has signed the agreement to acquire a Singapore-based AI startup EAS.ai, in Singapore (05/17).
This acquisition is expected to strengthen Cetta’s position in the environmental technology industry in Indonesia by enhancing its AI technology capabilities and opening up new market opportunities in sectors such as military, aviation, and healthcare. “We are very excited to partner with the EAS.ai team. This significant step marks a new milestone as we focus on development, growth, and business expansion,” said Deni Khanafiah, CEO of PT Cetta Trans Digital (Cetta), in a written statement.
Cetta is a subsidiary of ACSI Corp, an Indonesian conglomerate focused on the development of Life Essential Technology. Cetta is known as the primary software support provider for its sister company, PT Trusur Unggul Teknusa (Trusur), Indonesia’s largest environmental technology provider, which has focused on air quality monitoring for the past 11 years.
The company has earned an excellent reputation for its innovative air quality and emission monitoring software, contributing crucial elements to software and integration solutions such as Air Quality Monitoring Systems (AQMS), Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and Early Warning Systems (EWS).
