Heaptalk, Jakarta — Incode, a United states-based identity verification platform, has partnered with TOTM Technologies as a reseller to offer an omnichannel identity technology, Incode Omni, to the Indonesian market. This cooperation is expected to facilitate Indonesian to authenticate their identity more quickly.

Together with TOTM company, Incode will implement its business strategy to reach more prospective customers in Indonesia. The target market approached by the Company, including banks, healthcare, and government institutions, The technology company is confident that its identity verification platform enables extensive organizations to leverage the full potential of digital products and services using facial recognition and biometrics.

During the media briefing session, Incode’s Founder and CEO, Ricardo Amper, stated, “We are honored to partner with TOTM Technologies as this company contains its fantastic technical expertise, huge customers base, and an exhaustive comprehension of the huge market in Asia, including Indonesia. Incode Omni has met the strictest compliance and security standards for global companies, containing JumeirahTM Hotels, Rappi, and Citi, with unique passive-liveness technology, facial recognition expertise, and deep learning technique. The passive liveness solution of Incode is fifty times faster than other similar technology in the markets.

Targeting Indonesia as its new business reach, Incode and TOTM Technologies perceived that the archipelago is the right place to boost their business as their product is fit to the country’s demand. Recently, along with digital acceleration by the Government, numerous Indonesia-based companies compete to expedite digital transformation to address the growing number of digitally savvy mobile-first users who demand faceless onboarding and a more direct experience.

Refers to the Statista report, smartphone usage penetration in Indonesia has touched 72% of the total population, while near 73% of its population has internet access. Through the Incode Omni product, users can verify identity documents, biometrics authentication, and risk identification aligned with government policy.

According to Incode’s Senior Marketing Director, Jonathan Andersen, before expanding the market in Indonesia, he claimed the Incode Omni solution had achieved a 99% reduction in fraud attempts, an improvement of conversion rate by 40%, reduced registration abandonment by 20%, and five-times better onboarding experience, particularly in the financing sector.

The CEO and Executive Director of TOTM Technologies, Pierre Prunier, claimed that Indonesia’s enterprises had proved their great interest in identity verification and management solution for their business operation during the digital ecosystem acceleration in the pandemic. He is confident that this disruptive technology solution owned by Incode will provide a more secure experience for users, aligned with their prioritized thing.

As an end-to-end identity management solution and biometric product provider, TOTM Technologies has supported numerous of Indonesia’s enterprises with its digital identity and onboarding solution, which covers several activities in Indonesia, including national identity, financial technology, health services, and access control on critical infrastructure.
