Heaptalk, Jakarta — Huawei Device Indonesia officially released the Huawei MatePad 11.5 S into the Indonesian tablet market on Tuesday (06/25) in Jakarta.

This tablet offers an enhanced creative experience on its paper-like textured tablet screen powered by the latest PaperMatte Displays 2.0 technology. This technology, along with anti-reflection features, can eliminate light interference by up to 99% and reduce shadow light reflections on the screen. With this technology, content on the screen remains visible even in locations with bright lighting or outdoor areas, unlike glossy screens that often reflect light.

Moreover, the True-to-Life Colors feature makes the displayed content’s colors appear more vivid and lifelike. The tablet is also equipped with Eye Protection Certifications to ensure that users’ eyes remain comfortable and less fatigued while viewing the tablet screen.

Huiler Fan, Country Head of Huawei Device Indonesia, said, “The Huawei MatePad 11.5 S launch signifies Huawei’s innovative step forward in continuing the success of its previous tablet series that featured PaperMatte screen technology. This new tablet brings a range of features that cater to digital creativity on the go and offer better visual clarity, comfort, and safety for users’ eyes. The ‘S’ in Huawei MatePad 11.5 S symbolizes ‘Super and Strong’, highlighting how this tablet advances performance robustness and user flexibility. Therefore, the Huawei MatePad 11.5 S can be a versatile tablet solution that optimizes productivity in learning and work environments while enhancing creativity with intuitive features, including indulging users with limitless entertainment experiences.”

According to Edi Supartono, Country Training Manager at Huawei Consumer, this tablet’s technological advantages seamlessly integrate with its sleek and lightweight design, measuring only 6.35 mm thick and weighing 515 grams. The tablet has exclusive new color options to emphasize its elegant impression: violet and space grey. The Huawei MatePad 11.5 S is available for pre-order from June 25 to July 12, 2024, priced at Rp7,999,000.
