Heaptalk, Jakarta — Huawei Indonesia unveiled its three latest products during a media roundtable in Jakarta on Wednesday (06/19). The new products include the MatePad 11.5 S, the MateBook X Pro 2024, and the MateBook 14 2024.

The MatePad 11.5 S can be used for multiple activities. This device comes equipped with a new pencil and a keyboard supported by Nearlink connectivity. “This tablet can be used for painting, taking notes, or editing videos. Everything works well. Of course, I’m talking about the experience of using the Huawei MatePad 11.5 S, taking this tablet to the next level,” explained Edy Supartono, Country Training Manager of Huawei Indonesia.

He added, “Regarding size and design, the all-metal body has good build quality. The 11-inch size is convenient for carrying around.” The MatePad 11.5 S’s PaperMatte screen makes it the top tablet for drawing and note-taking with a stylus. Its 11.5-inch LCD panel features an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The MatePad 11.5 S has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. This tablet is also compatible with the M-Pencil StarLight stylus, which is sold separately.

The second product, the MateBook X Pro 2024, is claimed to be the only lightweight notebook under 1kg with an Intel Core Ultra. This laptop boasts a slim, light design, strong performance, and innovative features. “The new Huawei MateBook X Pro offers an extremely lightweight design, weighing only 980 grams. This makes it lighter than the Apple MacBook Air 13.6-inch,” said Edy.

Last but not least, Huawei introduced its MateBook 14 2024. This laptop has two processor options: Intel Core Ultra 5 125H and Core Ultra 7 155H. Huawei has also equipped it with a dual Shark Fin fan cooling system to maintain stable performance.

To support multitasking, the MateBook 14 2024 is backed by 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. Its screen has a 14-inch diagonal with a 2.8K resolution OLED panel and a 120Hz refresh rate. “The Huawei MateBook 14 2024 screen can display eye-pleasing colors with 10-bit color depth support, supporting sRGB, P3, Adobe RGB color gamuts, and has 1920Hz PWM dimming. The peak brightness can reach 450 nits,” he concluded.
