Heaptalk, Jakarta—Huawei Device Indonesia officially launched the Huawei Watch Fit 3, the manufacturer’s first square-shaped smartwatch. The launch event occurred at the St. Regis Jakarta on Tuesday (05/21).

This device embodies Huawei’s fashion-forward spirit by combining functional value with an innovative, edgy design. Its advantage is that advanced features support this optimism to assist sporting activities and a healthy lifestyle while maintaining stylish appearances.

The Watch Fit 3 also brings various feature enhancements, making it even more reliable as a personal assistant for daily stylish appearances. With a body as thin as 9.9 mm and weighing 26 grams, this device offers a seamless and flexible smartwatch experience. This latest device comes in colorful body and strap options.

Rico Zhang, President of the Smart Wearable and Health Product Line at Huawei Consumer Business Group, explained that his party is committed to developing innovations and technology in health management in every product.

Meanwhile, Huiler Fan, Country Head of Huawei Device Indonesia, said, “Huawei strengthens its position as a leader in the wearables industry by introducing the Huawei Watch Fit 3. This smartwatch is designed to be the perfect partner for users who are adopting a healthy and active lifestyle through its unique squared design, which is slimmer and thinner. Users can choose various colors and strap options to match their style. Additionally, the advanced technology in the health management and fitness assistant features of the Huawei Watch Fit 3 can be precisely personalized to the active needs of its users.”

In more detail, this smartwatch has a 1.82-inch AMOLED display with a screen-to-body ratio of 77.4%, making it easier for users to explore the device. The boxy design is a hallmark of the Watch Fit series, with a thinner look than the previous generation. Made from aluminum alloy, this device is 9.99 mm, thinner than the 10.8 mm of the Watch Fit 2.

The Watch Fit 3 has two strap material options: fluoroelastomer straps in black, white, pink, and green and nylon straps in gray. This smartwatch supports monitoring for over 100 sports modes and 600 fitness workout options. Fast charging is also supported, and the device is claimed to be usable for a full day after a 10-minute charge. The Watch Fit 3 can be purchased on various e-commerce platforms in Indonesia for Rp1,999,000 for the fluoroelastomer strap and Rp2,299,000 for the nylon strap.
