Affiliating with MiL.k, GetPlus enables users to exchange reward points into crypto coins

Through cooperation with MiL.k, the GetPlus platform aims to touch the targeted transaction by up to 50% and reach its users’ growth of 80%.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — A loyalty program provider from multiple brands, GetPlus, has partnered with a blockchain-based loyalty platform based in Korea, the MiL.k (MLK) platform. This strategic partnership will present a new feature, enabling users to exchange their points of GetPlus into the crypto coin of MiL.k.

The collaboration between GetPlus and MiL.k is expected to commence enormous opportunities for users of GetPlus. As it is known, MiL.k company has teamed up with outstanding companies that provide service for international loyalty points.

“We aim to assist the retail industry with a coalition loyalty system. Users can earn points from everyday shopping categories that have cooperated with us. The presence of MiL.k company as our partner would provide additional proposition value devoted to the customer in experiencing rewards points,” voiced Chief Operating Officer of GetPlus, Adrian Hoon, during the press conference. In more detail, users are accessible to swap their reward points into MLK coins to endure several products and services from international lifestyle, including airline companies, hotels, recreation, and shopping.

MiL.k has several partners: AirAsia global, shopping center MEGABOX Shinsegae Duty-Free, online travel agent Yanoljam Convenience Store CU, and e-commerce INTERPARK. On the other hand, the MLK coins are also tradable in the international crypto exchange, consisting of Gate.io, Kucoin, Huobi Global, Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone.

With around 1.3 million users, MiL.k will continue to increase its users by broadening its business stretch in Southeast Asia. As delivered by the MiL.k’s Chief Executive Officer, Jungmin Cho, this collaboration has marked the company’s expansion moves into SEA’s countries this year, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

“I feel strongly that this point exchange services will generate fantastic synergy to deliver exclusive value for our global customers. Thus, our team will continue to strive to provide a seamless point exchange experience for our users, particularly in Indonesia,” affirmed the Chief Executive Office of MiL.k, Jungmin Cho.

For the further plan, GetPlus will continue to enrich its diverse partners, covering digital banks, financial technology platforms, insurance, and other cryptocurrency apps, expecting to expose complete access for users to commute their GetPlus reward points.

“This collaboration is a part of our sustainable attempt to satisfy our customers to yield a peculiar innovation to experience their reward points. With this Web3 experience proffered, GetPlus aims to attain business growth up to 50% in terms of the targeted transaction amount and 80% of the users’ growth,” Hoon said in his closing statement.
