Heaptalk, Jakarta — Adjust, a mobile marketing analytics platform, has announced the release of a collaboration marketing app on the Salesforce AppExchange, where clients can now obtain a complete picture of the shared customer experience and make smart marketing decisions. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration is the first to be released (Marketing Cloud).
Through the integration with the leading provider of digital marketing automation and analytics software and services (SaaS), Adjust clients (particularly the digital marketers) will now be able to gain benefit from the integration — allowing them shared customers to streamline the marketing decision-making process.
With Adjust‘s deep link technology, data integration with Marketing Cloud will generate a user journey from email directly into the app. This link will give clients with marketing measurement data that help them boost installation, revenue, and lifetime value (LTV).
Digital marketers can now experience a number of the core benefits of this new technological advancement. Digital marketers can measure and analyze the origin of the application’s users as well as the way they use the application after it has been installed, among other things. Additionally, they can incorporate mobile data points and Connected TV (CTV) into the user journey — all from a single platform — and use Subscription Tracking to address the challenges of subscription plan attribution.
There are additional benefits, such as the ability for the platform to set up actionable analytics in conjunction with campaign workflow automation. Obviously, this also protects marketing budgets from being swindled by mobile performance advertising scams.
“Through our partnership with Marketing Cloud, we are able to develop solutions that help businesses grow globally,” said Lokesh Bidhan, Senior Director of Partnerships Adjust. “Our primary objective is to provide actionable information throughout the user journey, and this collaboration enables us to accomplish that objective for more businesses worldwide.”
As email campaigns and attribution management have earlier integration points, brands will have better campaign optimization and in-app engagement. In the process of integrating these two products, we are also laying the groundwork for future integration between both of them, thus increasing their strategic value.
Woodson Martin, GM Salesforce AppExchange said, “We appreciate Adjust’s integration with AppExchange, which helps expedite our clients’ digital transition by delivering rich measurement and analytics.” “AppExchange is ever-evolving, and the applications continue to be developed so that our partners can assist customers in achieving success.”
