This launch aims to provide Singaporean shoppers access to a curated selection of local and international brands that are guaranteed to be 100% authentic with reliable customer service and exclusive benefits. This way, shoppers can gain an enhanced positive experience.
Simultaneously, TikTok Shop is taking this measure to back the local small-medium businesses (SMBs) on the e-commerce platform. “TikTok Shop is committed to bolstering the growth of all small businesses and brands on the platform, and this has been taken a step further with the launch of TikTok Shop Mall here in Singapore,” stated Acquisition and Partnerships Lead at TikTok Shop Singapore Doven Yap.
In this new channel, sellers now have an added stamp of authenticity on their products that allows buyers to easily identify and shop from their favorite brands. Besides, buyers also gain a 15-day return or refund policy and free shipping.

Meanwhile, for sellers, their pages will be labeled a Distinguished Mall, making buyers easily identify them as part of TikTok Shop Mall. This e-commerce platform also facilitates sellers with exclusive brand campaigns, including special slots and resources during double-digit campaigns, added visibility in Shop Tab, and traffic exposure support.
Shoppers can browse through a wide variety of brands to fulfill their needs, such as athleisurewear, cleaning products, household essentials, tableware, jewelry, and groceries from Singaporean homegrown brands such as Esse Active Singapore, Zappy Singapore, Epitex Home, Sparks Singapore, Merlin Goldsmith & Jewellery.
