Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indonesia-based IT service company PT Cetta Trans Digital (Cetta) cooperated with Zicare to develop artificial intelligence (AI)-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for the latest features of Zicare’s EMR services.
The newest feature from Zicare Assistant represents the first AI-based EMR technology to be implemented in Indonesia. This feature will help doctors make diagnoses and put them into a system connected to relevant medical support departments within hospitals.
“Our UI design will be simpler and more sophisticated. As simple as writing on a sheet of paper, our integrated AI technology will help organize it. The development of this feature will also be directly connected to SATUSEHAT,” CEO of Zicare, Jessy Abdurrahman, affirmed.
The AI technology developed will be available for adoption by doctors and hospitals in August 2024. Cetta looks forward that advancements in generative AI technology in the healthcare sector will contribute to the improvement of healthcare services in Indonesia, in line with the Indonesian Government’s blueprint for digital transformation and the vision of Indonesia Digital 2045.
“We are optimistic that this step will unlock numerous new opportunities for business development at both Cetta and Zicare. The technology we bring will certainly support the emergence of AI-based products that are crucial for the healthcare sector in Indonesia.” VP of Product and Business Development at Cetta, Sufi Yusof, delivered.
Previously, Cetta also acquired Singapore-based AI startup EAS.ai to strengthen its position in the environmental technology industry in Indonesia by enhancing its AI technology capabilities and opening new market opportunities in sectors, such as military, aviation, and healthcare.
