Heaptalk, Jakarta — In Ramadan this year, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) launched the Ramadan Blessings 2024 campaign to empower the community’s economy.

As part of the campaign, Indosat presents the Gerobak Berkah program as a genuine support for driving the economy of Indonesian society through mosque custodians. “This initiative, which is being implemented in 57 locations throughout Indonesia, is based on Indosat’s aspirations to make mosques a place for developing local communities and strengthening socio-economic ties in the surrounding environment,” said Corporate Social Responsibility Manager Nurul Hariyanto in Jakarta (03/20).

To participate in this campaign, the telco provider also invites its users to exchange their loyalty points through the myIM3 and bima+ apps. Nurul added, “By exchanging their loyalty points, customers can contribute directly to driving the local economy and share blessings in the month of Ramadan.”

According to SVP Head of Corporate Communications Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Steve Saerang, the Indosat Ramadan Blessings campaign represents the company’s commitment to supporting people’s enthusiasm for celebrating Ramadan by sharing blessings. “Therefore, we invite all Indonesian people to experience the beauty of Ramadan with Indosat. This campaign is in line with our big goal of empowering Indonesian people,” Steve said.

Offering enticing promos during Ramadan

Through its two brands IM3 and Tri, Indosat provides a series of programs containing attractive offers for nearly one hundred million customers. Seeing the generation gap phenomenon that occurs among the younger generation, IM3 presents the campaign entitled Nyatakan Silaturahmi dengan Freedom Internet to make Ramadan an appropriate moment for society to embrace the distance between generations with diverse forms of friendship activities. Through this campaign, IM3 is presenting its flagship product Freedom Internet 150GB for Rp150,000 (normal price Rp300,000) during Ramadan.

Meanwhile, Tri launched the #MudahnyaKebaikan campaign to encourage people to do good to others in easy ways, one of which is through Alms Quota which will take place from March 6 to April 30, 2024. This campaign invites Gen Z to obtain double blessings in Ramadan by giving alms quota for those in need.

Tri customers can top up the 9GB Happy Package which is valid for 7 days or other Happy Top Up Packages starting from Rp25,000. New Tri users can buy a Happy Starter card starting from Rp25,000 which is valid for 30 days. With every purchase of a Happy Refill and Prime Package, users will also donate a quota which will be distributed by Tri in collaboration with the Al-Quran Study Center (PSQ).

Additionally, through myIM3 and bima+, Indosat also presents the Kindness Diary program by inviting customers to record and do lots of good deeds, such as sharing kindness on social media and playing Ramadan games. This program presents a special challenge with various attractive prizes such as an iPhone 15 and a total of tens of millions of e-wallet vouchers from partners.
