The festive month in the Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta officially begins with the Christmas tree lighting ceremony on December 1, 2022, at the Lagoon Lobby.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — December has become the festive month of the year with the highlight of Christmas and new year celebrations. The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta invites guests to celebrate a heartwarming holiday session through a line-up of scrumptious menus, room offers, and attractive activities for the family.

The festive month in the Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta officially begins with the Christmas tree lighting ceremony on December 1, 2022, at the Lagoon Lobby. “It is our great honor to host this event as everyone is aware that the Christmas tree lighting ceremony is the first event as part of the event series related to the Christmas and festive season,” delivered the Vice President Operation of the Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta I Nyoman Sarya (12/1).

A four-meter Christmas tree is placed in the Lagoon Lobby to enliven the celebration. During the whole festive month this year, the Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta is decorated in gold and rose gold Christmas ornaments.

A runner-up of Indonesian Idol 2012 Kamasean Matthews toned up the Christmas tree lighting ceremony by singing Christmas-themed songs while guest invitees enjoyed their classic beverage on Christmas, including eggnog and mocktail classic ginger to warm up the night.

Meanwhile, the food and beverage team of the Sultan Hotel has prepared Christmas hampers in partnership with Alleira Batik Group. Founded in 2005, Alleira Batik is known for its high quality which is well-received both locally and internationally. The brand owns second-line products named Batik Kammi and Gaia Indonesian premium tea. Gaia has many variants of flavors, spanning pandanus tea, green tea, genmaicha, oolong tea, black tea, and jasmine.

The hampers are offered in two types, namely Sultan Glory and Sultan Blessing. Sultan Glory consists of kastengel, choco chip cookies, green tea cookies, ginger cashew nut cookies, and Fellinger royal with a price of Rp700.000 net/box. Sultan Blessing includes pineapple tart, kastengel, choco chip cookies, green tea cookies, ginger cashew nut cookies, cranberry cookies, a can of Gaia Indonesia premium tea, and a scarf of Batik Kammi.

Offering a holiday package starting from Rp1.1 million

The Sultan Hotel Jakarta provides a holiday package from December 19, 2022, to January 15, 2023 (except December 30, 2022, to January 2, 2023) with a price starting from Rp1,100,000 net/room/night at the deluxe room or Rp1,980,000 for two days consecutively. For the two-bedroom apartment, the hotel offers a rate of Rp2,800,000 net/night and Rp3,200,000 net/night for a three-bedroom apartment.

For the year-end festive on December 31, 2022, to January 2, 2023, the room rate starts from Rp2,300,000 net/room/night including breakfast for two persons in the deluxe room with several enticing services, spanning a complimentary in-room mini-bar, complimentary early check-in, late check-out, and a 10% discount for all food and beverage outlets.

Further, for a family who plans to bring all teams, the two-bedroom apartment is available for Rp4,300,000 net/unit/night while the three-bedroom apartment is available for Rp5,300,000 net/unit/night. To gain a 15% discount, guests should complete the payment by December 20, 2022.

The new year’s eve gala dinner on December 31, 2022, will be held in Golden Ballroom with music performances from a band and disc jockey. Executive Sous Chef Eric Kusnadi will prepare a tasty menu, spanning toasted turkey, roasted US prime beef, salmon en croute, oven-roasted duck with orange sauce, kebuli rice with lamb ribs, and also all Indonesian favorite menus.

In addition to the gala dinner, there will be a casual mini stage in Lagoon Lounge to hold a music performance, a magician show, as well as attractive games and quizzes for guests.
