Heaptalk, Jakarta – Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta hotel has prepared special dish for its customer to welcome the holy month of Ramadan this year. Presenting various authentic menu from Middle East and Indonesia, the hotel, through its restaurant, Daily Social, intends to deliver exclusive iftar culinary experience to its customer by putting in both tradition and luxury in each dish.

“Ramadan is a time full of blessings and togetherness, and in here, we are committed to creating a special Iftar experience for every guest,” said Aprodhite, Marketing Communication Manager of Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport.

Pampering visitors’ taste buds, the hotel serves multiple special main menus include Turkish Chicken Shawarma, served with freshly baked flatbread and rich complementary ingredients. There is also Jordanian Gulf Lamb Mansaf, saffron rice yellow served with goat meat cooked with delicious Arabic spices.

Lebanese Samak Harra, grilled Barramundi fish with a refreshing touch of spicy and sour spices, and Black Angus Beef Ribs Maranggi, served with Indonesian chili sauce and fresh tomato salsa also will be served to strengthen the Middle East atmosphere. To complete the dining experience, the hotel also will present Shorbat Samak, a typical Middle Eastern fish soup made from tomatoes, coriander, onions, turmeric and rich Eastern spices.

In addition to the main course, guests can also enjoy live cooking stations, signature seafood, and live signature beverages like Teh Tarik. Various local dishes were also present, such as Nasi Goreng Kampung, Mie Godog Jogja, Martabak Telur, as well as Chicken Satay and Beef Satay.

For a more unique experience, there is an outdoor buffet with the local hawker concept which can be enjoyed in the swimming pool area. Apart from that, Middle Eastern menus which are rich in spices and appetizing, such as Moroccan Braised Lamb Tagine, Gulf Fish Curry, and Moussaka, also complete the choice of dishes, providing perfect deliciousness in every dish.

Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Hotel also serves delicious appetizers such as Mutabbal, Kisir Turkish Salad, and Iranian Couscous. As a dessert, the guest can enjoy a sweet Baklava and Kunafa, which offer unforgettable Middle Eastern flavors.
