Heaptalk, Jakarta – Prudential Syariah celebrated Eid al-Adha by organizing social media campaign named ‘Kurban Bersama, Berkah Sesama’ (means: Joint Qurban, Shared Blessing). In this program, the company invites people to help underprivileged society to commemorate Eid al-Adha by channelling sacrificial animals worth Rp127 million.
Chief Human Resources and Community Investment Officer of Prudential Syariah Indrijati Rahayoe stated, “Eid al-Adha is a precious momentum to share to each other. Through ‘Kurban Bersama, Berkah Sesama’ program, Prudential Syariah invites people to participate to be #GenerasiAmanah (Trustworthy Generation) who lend a hand to others.”
Previously, Prudential Syariah, through this campaign, invited the public to give their likes and shares in the company’s social media posts with the claim to convert the number of likes and shares with the sacrificial animal. As a result, the total points collected reached over Rp127 million which was delivered in the form of five cows through the Al Azhar Foundation.
Implementing this program, Prudential Syariah also invited a public figure Fenita Arie to meet the underprivileged people and deliver the aid to them directly. During the occasion, Fenita is assisted by Prudential Syariah’s agent who known as GenPRU Syariah.
“On this occasion, now I know that GenPRU Syariah is not only an advisor who provides Sharia-based protection solutions but also actively invites people to help each other,” stated Fenita.
In her closing statement, Indrijati conveyed, “We hope the activity initiated by Prudential Syariah will impact the underprivileged people and provide opportunities to others to share the blessing.”
