Heaptalk, Jakarta — Prasetyo Hadi, an Indonesian politician from the Gerindra Party, was summoned by Prabowo Subianto at his residence in Kertanegara, South Jakarta. He declared his readiness to assist the elected President Prabowo in the upcoming administration to the Media crew.
“This afternoon, I was called by the President-elect Prabowo Subianto. He asked if I would be willing to assist him in government, and as a party member and patriot, I declared my full readiness if entrusted with a task by him. He also left me with a message to ensure cooperation with other ministries,” Prasetyo affirmed.
Nevertheless, Prasetyo did not explain the specified role of Prabowo. He did mention that they discussed vital government priorities for the future.
“He outlined several future targets and priority programs. These are challenging and require coordination between ministries, and synergy is essential. He emphasized the need for unity and inter-ministerial cooperation to achieve his priority programs,” Prasetyo added.
As additional information, Prasetyo Hadi was born in Ngawi, East Java, on October 28th, 1979. He has been the Head of Organization and Membership for Gerindra’s Central Executive Board since 2008. Prasetyo was also a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) until 2024, having taken over the seat from Harry Poernomo, who resigned in July 2020.
In his role at the DPR, Prasetyo serves on Commission ll, which oversees domestic governance, regional autonomy, state apparatus, bureaucratic reform, elections, and land affairs, including agrarian reform.
