Heaptalk, Jakarta — Oppo announced its latest product, Reno8 Pro 5G and Reno Z 5G has successfully attracted a tremendous amount of customers, proven by the vast number of total order during its pre-order period on September 16—22 2022.
The total order, even, is reported to rise by 127% compared to the Reno6 Pro 5G. Likewise, Reno8 Z 5G pre-orders also increased sharply by 72% on the last day of pre-order, said Aryo Meidianto, Public Relations Manager of Oppo Indonesia. Reno8 Pro 5G in the glazed black and Reno8 Z 5G in the dawnlight gold are the favorite colors of most consumers.
Taking place at Oppo Gallery Plaza Indonesia, the first sale event of Reno8 Pro 5G and Reno8 Z 5G brought up the theme of A Portrait of Wellbeing. Besides the two new devices, Oppo also introduced the advantages of the latest IoT device, the Enco Air2 Pro.
The event was enlivened by several interesting activities, including an unboxing moment with Oppo Indonesia Representatives Asmara Abigail and Morgan Oey, as well as a singing bowl and meditation session with Adeline Windy.
At the singing bowl session, consumers can capture low-light photography with the subject in a dimly lit room. Meanwhile, during the meditation session, consumers can enjoy the sound of the O-Relax feature on the Reno8 Series 5G. At the same time, users can feel the noise cancellation capability and clear sound quality of the Enco Air2 Pro which creates the perfect atmosphere to calm down.

Oppo Reno8 Pro 5G
The Reno8 Pro 5G is equipped with MariSilicon X, an imaging NPU developed by Oppo to support the device as a portrait expert. With the image processing capabilities of MariSilicon X, the Reno8 Pro 5G can provide various innovative camera features to produce clear portraits, even in the most difficult situations.
Added with dual Sony flagship sensors and the latest generation IMX709 RGBW front camera, as well as the IMX766 main camera sensor, the device offers flagship-class photography results in various lighting.
Reno8 Z 5G
Reno8 Z 5G brings several imaging features enhanced through artificial intelligence (AI), spanning AI portrait retouching and bokeh flare portrait. Favorite features on Reno Series devices, including Selfie HDR, AI Palettes, and AI Color Portrait, are also present on this device to improve overall imaging quality on the Reno8 Z 5G.
The device is equipped with a 0.5mm anti-glare glass back case with Oppo glow effect. The best hardware configuration comes through a combination of a Snapdragon 695 5G processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB ROM, 33W SuperVOOC fast charging, and a large 4500mAh battery. Reno8 Z 5G is geared up with the optimized ColorOS 12.1 system.
Enco Air2 Pro
During the event of A Portrait of Wellbeing, Enco Air2 Pro serves ultra-clear sound bringing a new meditation experience with the singing bowl. Enco Air2 Pro is equipped with super large 12.4mm drivers, a custom-built large rear sound chamber, and an Enco Live bass setup. The device has active noise canceling (ANC) feature which can capture and reduce ambient noise at multiple sound frequencies.
For connectivity, Enco Air2 Pro uses Bluetooth 5.2 binaural low latency transmission that has an end-to-end latency of up to 94ms. The feature can minimize audio-visual out-of-sync and loss of connectivity. The device can last up to 7 hours, even up to 28 hours with a charging case. Enco Air2 Pro also supports Oppo flash charging which can charge for only ten minutes and can listen to music for two hours.
