Heaptalk, Jakarta – MitMe.id, has announced a strategic partnership with the securities crowdfunding platform Visiku to strengthen financial literacy and expand funding access for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
“With our collaboration with Visiku, a crowdfunding platform focused on financing MSMEs, we hope that MSMEs can increase their competency and also gain new networks and funding models through crowdfunding with retail investors,” said Adhitya Noviardi,Founder of MitMe.id, on March 6, 2025.
Marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), this collaboration will generate several programs, including the development of financial literacy modules, the organization of online and offline training, and the creation of educational media targeted at MSMEs. MitMe and Visiku will also establish a mentoring program to assist with the financing application process, including understanding various funding options and financial risk management.
Adhitya stated that this strategic partnership would help strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem by effectively linking financial education with funding solutions.
For information, PT Kreasi Pena Indonesia (Penakita) -backed platform has introduced a new feature called Kasir MitMe, designed to assist MSMEs in business administration, including tracking income, expenses, purchases, inventory, and cash flow. With proper financial management and advanced business recording, MSMEs is expected to thrive and can obtain a better access to secure funding for business development through Visiku.
“We believe that with better financial understanding and the digital finance offered by Kasir MitMe, MSME players will find it easier to access financing that meets their needs, as they become more bankable. Visiku, as a securities crowdfunding platform, is here to provide funding solutions for MSMEs looking to grow,” said Aris Kurniawan from Visiku management.
According to a report by the Directorate General of Taxes in 2024, 77% of MSMEs do not possess adequate financial reports due to a low level of financial literacy in Indonesia. This situation has made it challenging for MSMEs to secure additional capital to enhance their businesses.
Through this partnership, MitMe.id and Visiku aspire to assist more MSMEs across various regions in gaining better access to financial education and funding solutions through the securities crowdfunding platform.
