Heaptalk, Jakarta — The MG Maxus 9 attracted visitor attention as the most favorite MPV car model at the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) 2024.

As Donald Rachmat, the Chief Operating Officer of MG Motor Indonesia, said, “We feel proud and honored by the achievements that the MG Maxus 9 has achieved as the most favorite e-MPV. This award acknowledges MG’s dedication to innovating by presenting innovative vehicle lines and adapting to people’s desires and needs for environmentally friendly vehicles.”

The MG Maxus 9 has an elegant exterior featuring sleek LED headlights and Daytime Running Lights (DRL) to present a modern impression. The large front bumper and 19-inch chrome alloy wheels accentuate the sporty aura wrapped in chrome details on the car’s and rear bumper’s edges. This e-MPV also has an electric sliding door and automatic rear door, which adds a futuristic and luxurious look.

Regarding its interior, this e-MPV model focused on passenger convenience by providing captain seats with temperature seats and massage seats, which can be controlled with one touch via the touchscreen display on each seat. Besides, this EV car also possesses a DUal Panoramic Sunroof and other features, such as a digital rearview mirror, wireless charger, head-up display, automatic modular AC with PM 2.5 Air Purifier for good air circulation, floating head unit, and 64 ambient light color preferences.

Besides superior design and technology, the MG Maxus 9 offers high performance as an electric MPV. This car uses a 90kWh lithium-ion battery, can cover a distance of up to 540km on a single charge (NEDC Mode), and supports a fast charging feature that can charge from 30% to 80% in only 36 minutes.

Also, this electric MPV car is furnished by an Advanced Synchronized Protection System, which has achieved safety certification from EURO NCAP and ANCAP. The MG Maxus 9’s superiority has also been recognized globally by winning various awards, one of which is Best Family EV by Thailand EV.

“We would like to thank all parties for the support from the organizers. Donald said that this award motivates us to continue redefining consumer expectations for modern mobility through products,” Donald said.
