Standard Insights has revealed the winners of the 2023 Consumer Choice Awards in Indonesia, honoring top brands like Telkomsel, Pertamina, BRI, Prudential Indonesia, GrabFood, and Gojek. The awards, based on extensive consumer surveys, recognize quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction across various sectors.

Standard Insights has unveiled the winners of its 2023 Consumer Choice Awards in Indonesia, revealing the nation’s most preferred and trusted brands across diverse sectors, ranging from mobile network operators and retail oil & gas to banking and insurance services, as well as food delivery and transportation apps.

The Consumer Choice Awards represent the results of an extensive survey that involved over 1,400 Indonesians. These awards celebrate brands that have consistently demonstrated excellence in addressing Indonesian consumers’ diverse needs and preferences, solidifying their standing for delivering quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

1. Pertamina (75.2%)

2. Shell (18.5%)

3. Vivo (3.0%)

Best Retail Insurance Brand

1. Prudential Indonesia (35.7%)

2. Jiwasraya (15.5%)

3. Allianz Indonesia Life (13.3%)

Best Retail Bank

1. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (50.7%)

2. Bank Mandiri (17.0%)

3. Bank Central Asia (15.9%)

Best Food Delivery App

1. GrabFood (53.2%)

2. Gojek App (GoFood) (32.0%)

3. Shopee Food (13.8%)

Best Transportation App

1. Gojek (Gocar) (50.9%)

2. Grab (43.7%)

3. Bluebird (5.4%)
