Heaptalk, Jakarta — IdsMed Aesthetics Indonesia strengthens its strategic collaboration with Cynosure to distribute Potenza, Cynosure’s Radio Frequency (RF) micro-needling device. The launch of this product is expected to bring the new era of aesthetic in the national industry.
“When Cynosure looks at Indonesia, it has a high growth potential market for energy-based devices aesthetic market, so when we want to choose the business partner naturally, we choose a partner who has the same vision, has wide network access to the doctors, Clinique, and hospital, embrace innovation, and able to try to new things so we can create a new benchmark,” stated Senior Commercial Lead, Maritime SEA Cynosure, Patricia Yeo on the press conference in Jakarta (04/23).
Prior to the launch of Potenza, idsMED and Cynosure also rolled out a picosecond laser named PicoSure and PicoSure Pro in 2022. Although being launched in the midst of pandemic conditions, IdsMED has distributed over 100 units of PicoSure and PicoSure Pro across Indonesia.
Responding to this cooperation, Managing Director and SVP IdsMED Indonesia, Ramli Laukaban uttered, “Both of the companies have the same vision, namely to support this industry by delivering the best and latest technology.”
Bringing the US technology to Indonesia, Ramli affirmed that IdsMED only opted for the most advanced technology to be distributed in the archipelago. Cynosure is chosen for its dedication to create technology based on multiple and comprehensive clinical researches. Therefore, Potenza is believed to deliver most convenient experience with high safety to generate best result.
In more detail, Potenza is claimed to be the only RF microneedling device that has unique tiger tip and fusion tip. This product features a total of 10 tips that is safe to be applied on all skin types and every part of the customers’ body. Potenza also is the only device that has an ability to switch from RF mono and bipolar on 1 or 2 MHz.
Cynosure Prestige Partner from Singapore, Dr. Isaac Wong, explained Potenza RF microneedling takes traditional microneedling to the next level. With minimal to no pain, the ultra-fine needles and radiofrequency energy enter the epidermis by making micro-punctures in the skin.
