Heaptalk.com, Jakarta – China today has been acknowledged as the leader both technologically and economically as so they are so fast building up their country GDP.  Even the United States (US) is now setting up a danger alert. We can see from the US presidential policy that bans China entities from Wall Street like TikTok, WeChat, Alibaba, and more.

The reason, citing from US local publications is that the president does not expect these Chinese entities will disrupt their local company business environment like Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and so on. Thus, it responds to China to interdict US technology and economy to enter the mainland as one of the factors to cause what we have already known today as China-US Trade War.

The decision of banning these entities is not just an act without reason, but there are concerns that China will be able to picturize the US user’s data. Why? Because China today has already grown from the side of data scientist, machine learning, and big data technologies, and they are recognized as one of the potential threats for the US.

The trio giant of BAT – Baidu, Alibaba, and Tencent are the key players concerning data science in China, as they possess the most information on consumers. Moreover, they are all investing heavily in such kinds of technology, which is using data science to gather information and perform analyses that are too complex to be performed by using traditional methods.

Thus, they run an important strategy to build the educational institution first, teaching their youth to be influential talents in these industries. The key is simple, they do something that we didn’t give enough appreciation to it, which is provided with good documentation.

The results today we can see that China has already overtaken US technology and economic power.  This is very unfortunate for the US because so far, they consider the documentation to be worthless compared to technical development, operations, or business processes.

Because, through good documentation, when we relate to manufacturing, China able to produce technology starting from the core, middleware, application, and appliances in massive and cheap. Because they maintain the documentation, so they can transfer knowledge between stakeholders or even open it to the public.

For them, China is now can offer cheaper compared to the US. Let us put aside the security, diplomatic strategy between these two countries first, but it indicates that if we compare the manufacturing model between them, China has led this way. While the US still gets stuck on the old image, which is exclusiveness. So, it becomes the acceleration factor that China can grab the middle-low level on their partnering country, while the US to enter this level they have to do a lot of cut costs. In simple words, we can say that the technology will become cheap when we go with China.

Another example, on the other technology side such as electronics, automobiles, machinery, high-speed railways, and aviation, they have started to be recognized as the leader in this sector, that starting to leave the US and other developed countries. The partnering countries, one of them is Indonesia, also rely on their manufacturing and take China Enterprises as the consulting firms.

As the Wall Street Journal, citing about how they are raising so fast, but China’s technology sector is reaching a critical mass of expertise, talent, and financial firepower that could realign the power structure of the global technology industry in the years ahead. They were impressed that even traditionally Chinese companies were fast followers, but let see how about true innovation in the future.

At low-level technology, China is even crazier. For example, they build partnerships with enterprises around the world to uses Chinese technology, and the profit margin can be huge. For example, Huawei and Alibaba’s technology is used by enterprises that offer ERP solutions to their customers, so their profitability is much greater than those using SAP or Oracle. The quality is almost the same, but the production cost incurred can be up to 20%, of the total cost offered as a whole service package.

At the appliance level too, China has even entered its low-level technology for a long time with them also mastering manufacturing for IoT, and server components, as evidenced by the emergence of leading vendors that produce appliances such as temperature, proximity, pressure, water quality, smoke sensors, IR sensors, and much more.

You can even ask them to build a server component with high durability and functionality i.e. processors, RAM, NIC cards, routers, GPUs, and many more. And if you walk on the Shenzhen city down to the street, you will find various types of appliances spread everywhere including the unique and strange that we have not met before, and the cost was fantastically cheap.

This is what makes enterprises around the world entrusting manufacturing models to China. Just build the blueprint, and prepare the brief, send them to China Enterprises, they will make you your required product in cheap and efficient.
