Heaptalk, Jakarta — Heineken presents Meet the UEFA Champion League Trophy & Legends in Indonesia to offer football fans an unforgettable experience through interaction with the iconic trophy.

This event is a form of Heineken’s commitment to unite the enthusiasm and togetherness of football fans worldwide, including the passionate fans in Indonesia. At this year’s celebration, the company aims to embrace a diverse group of fans, both men and women, who have supported football wholeheartedly and enhance the experience of Indonesian football fans by bringing them closer to the celebration. Previously, a similar event entitled the UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour was also successfully held by Heineken® in 2013, 2014, and 2019.

René Sánchez Valle, President Director of Multi Bintang Indonesia, part of The HEINEKEN Company, stated that Indonesian football fans always show extraordinary enthusiasm as football is one of the country’s favorite sports. “Therefore, this year, we are delighted to be able to bring the UEFA Champions League experience closer to Indonesian football fans. By bringing world-class sponsorship to Indonesia, Heineken strives to continue providing unforgettable experiences for those who love football and beer,” said Valle.

Throughout the event, football fans will have the thrilling opportunity to view and capture photos with the UEFA Champions League trophy. They will also get to engage in special interactions with football legends Nemanja Vidić and Fernando Morientes. Nemanja Vidić, the dominant force of Manchester United’s defense, achieved UEFA Champions League glory in 2007/2008. Meanwhile, Fernando Morientes, one of the top goalscorers, led Real Madrid to three UEFA Champions League wins in 1997/1998, 1999/2000 and 2001/2002, leaving a lasting legacy in the football world.

In addition to the rare opportunity to meet trophies and legendary players, Heineken has prepared a series of immersive activities to give fans an exciting football experience. Throughout the event, fans can enjoy exclusive access to the Stadium, Locker Room, Hardcore Fans Museum, immersive art trick tunnel, and refreshing cold treats at the bar.

Meet The UEFA Champion League Trophy & Legends is part of Heineken’s global campaign Cheers to the Real Hardcore Fans. It embodies the company’s commitment to be the most inclusive non-sports sponsor in football, celebrating the true essence of football fandom and unity among fans. Heineken invites fans in Indonesia to take advantage of this opportunity to see the trophy up close, meet the stars, and enjoy the tournament’s energy.
