Practice Basic Hygiene

A significant concern in the current situation is how best to avoid catching and spreading illness. Following good hygiene protocol, we need to practice washing our hands often with soap and water, clean frequently touched surfaces daily and cover coughs and sneezes. Local governments also suggest the recommendations, such as stay-at-home or shelter-in-place orders, and go outside when needed.

Maintain Healthy Habits

Maintaining healthy exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits may feel especially challenging during this time, but these habits are critical for managing health. Engaging in moderate physical activity is one of the best things for supporting a healthy immune system and managing stress. Whereas maintaining healthy nutrition habits is good to do by consuming appropriate amounts of fruits and vegetables, limiting processed food, and minimizing sweets and sugary drinks. Finally, good sleep can boost the immune system and lower stress levels.

Manage your works with prioritizing

Time management is one of the most common issues in the way of productivity under normal circumstances. It is going to be helpful when we can manage the priority and time effectively, like be clear to maintain the coordination with your team and so that you can systematically execute your work. You can also utilize the advancement of existing technology, like using collaborative tools, video conference platforms, and workspace sharing so you can minimize the intensity of social contact with your friends

Engage in Stress Management

Even if physical health is first and foremost on everyone’s mind right now, it is important not to neglect mental health. Keep a close eye on signs of stress and practice healthy coping (like taking a deep breath, taking a nap, or more intense in spiritual activities. It is also important to filter out the content delivered to the gadget that can trigger you into insanity like provoking news, and try to switch to a content that can be advisable for you who discover things that cause undue distress.

Don’t hesitate to share your condition

Also, although physical distancing should be maintained during the pandemic, this does not have to lead to total isolation. It is important to remember that sometimes we all need help to handle the worst situations. Right now, even though reaching out needs to be virtual in many cases, there are still many resources available. Keep them reachable by your side, and be open for any supportive suggestions.
