The Chairman of Indonesia Internet Service Providers Association (APJII), Muhammad Arif, realized the challenges that exist in the digital transformation journey cannot be solved by only one party. Besides, various problems require various appropriate solutions as well. “This is the reason why DTI-CX is here to bring together digital transformation actors and parties who can maximize the journey. In addition to technology solutions, DTI-CX will also provide further education and knowledge about digital transformation,” explained Arif.
Sarwoto Atmosutarno, the Chairman of Indonesia Telematics Society (Mastel), stated that DTI-CX is an ideal event since digital transformation in various sectors can no longer be delayed. This event is also in line with the spirit of commemorating the 77th Postal and Telecommunications Service Day.
