(ADS) Heaptalk, Jakarta — desktopIP, an Indonesian cloud services company, participated in the 13th Business Matching event organized by the Provincial Government of Jakarta to introduce its made-in-Indonesia technology.
During the agenda, desktopIP’s Operational Support Manager, Nandy Kusnandar, conveyed that the company showcased a variety of its excellent products, spanning:
- ifVirty, a cloud computing service
- Jaybod, a collaborative, secure data storage
- Qubiql, productivity tools
- Mocaas, an end-to-end content creation platform
“By participating in this agenda, we are simultaneously publicizing, marketing, and educating the public related to the cloud services and other products from desktopIP,” Nandy added.
Joining this event, Nandi mentioned that various products showcased are attractive but desktopIP’s cloud services becomes the most featured products. He explained that most visitors, including the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM), Elisabeth Ratu Antello, were curious about the cloud services this local IT company creates.
During the opening ceremony, the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) mentioned that this business matching aims to promote Indonesia’s products with a high Domestic Component Level (TKDN).
In response to the matter, Nandy explained the company successfully achieved the highest TKDN among the participants. With this accomplishment, Nandy anticipates a positive reception for desktopIP’s products from regional apparatus organizations (OPD) and visitors.
As additional information, desktopIP has gained TKDN results over 85% for three products, including a cloud storage Jaybod (87.71%), a cloud computing service ifVirty (83.28%), and a productivity platform Qubiql (89.56%). Reaching TKDN scores above 85%, Jaybod and Qubiql indicates the high level of domestic components absorbtion by employing a 100% of Indonesian workers and using multiple domestic work tools.
CEO of desktopIP, Phidi Soepangkat, conveyed separately, “The government program is aligned with our vision to achieve digital independence by developing our own products and demonstrating our capabilities to the world. Finally, what we planned ten years ago can be implemented. Hopefully, Indonesia can prove its capability to compete in the global market.”
