(ADS) Heaptalk, Jakarta — On the second day of the 13th Business Matching event, desktopIP, through its subsidiary Mocaas TV, was invited as one of the keynote speakers in the agenda to share about its featured product and also to demonstrate the local tech company’s competitiveness in the industry.

The Chief Operating Officer of Mocaas TV, Tresna, explained that Indonesia has a great potential to create its own tech product and desktopIP, as a local company, successfully prove this. DesktopIP managed to provide end-to-end solutions for digital empowerment with its locally-made cloud services.

He added, “Our products are certainly gaining the highest Domestic Component Level (TKDN), reaching 85%,”. (06/11)

The great TKDN scores shows that the absobtion of domestic components in desktopIP’s tech solution is high. This also signs that the company has supported the President Joko ‘Jokowi’ Widodo’s mandate to boost the use of local product, particularly in technology.

During the event, Tresna introduced the company’s ecosystem, spanning cloud computing services ifVirty, collaborative, secure data storage Jaybod, productivity tools Qubiql, an end-to-end content creation platform Mocaas, and Wandira, a cybersecurity product developed in collaboration with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN).

According to desktopIP’s CEO Phidi Soepangkat, ifVirty provides cloud computing as its underlying technology, while Jaybod facilitates data exchange and storage. Meanwhile, Qubiql assists users in communicating and managing daily activities through several features, such as alarms and to-do lists. Also, Mocaas is a video streaming platform that simplifies people’s sharing of ideas and creativity.

To ensure users’ data security, this local IT company implemented the national security system by partnering with BSSN to combine desktopIP’s cloud computing with the BSSN security system, which was constructed with a cryptography algorithm.

With the high security in its products, Mocaas TV’s COO Tresna emphasized that this is the proper momentum for Indonesia’s Ministries and Institutions to build a secured digital infrastructure by adopting domestic digital products.
