Heaptalk, Jakarta – Deliveree, Indonesia’s freight shipping provider, diversified its services by introducing “Muat Sebagian”, a partial load shipping service that allows its users to optimize the use of Deliveree’s vehicle to send their load together with other users (23/09). By the service, the customers who have small to medium load capacity do not need to pay the service price for renting a whole truck service due to the remaining cost is paid by other consumers who utilize the rest space.

Typically, entities get used to hoarding their stuff in a warehouse until the amount is sufficient to be transported. However, the activity demands a lofty amount of cost for storage rental and waste time during the waiting period. Comprehending its consumer’s pain, Deliveree provides a new innovation that vanishes the storage process – an action before the shipment – as well as shortens the delivery time.

Using the latest technology, Deliveree has an advanced system that is able to calculate the volume and weight of package which has been entered by users. The smart algorithm owned by Deliveree system functions to predict the amount of space used where the remaining space will be filled by other client’s freight. The system, further, allows the customers to split the delivery cost, paying according to the weight and dimension spent.

“By the launching of Muat Sebagian, we address two main problems faced by entrepreneurs. First, our platform utilizes our vast networks towards partnership with drivers to offer a lower price to our customers. Second, you do not need to wait for a broker or shipping expedition to fill the truck before your load is dispatched. In Deliveree, your freight will be picked up on the next day after order is made and will be delivered soon.” – Tom Kim, Country Director, Deliveree Indonesia.

In addition, Muat Sebagian is prepared to assist people shipping goods with no minimum weight range up to 18 tons. The wide range of weights set makes the service friendly for various business actors, starting from MSMEs to giant companies.

Moreover, the well-known logistic company also delivers transparency by providing integrated GPS live tracking that allows its users to monitor their freight location quickly and in real-time through Deliveree apps or websites. Besides, Deliveree also offers free loading and unloading services in the pick-up and drop-off location, so removing concern towards these processes.

Although the new service put and send several customers’ freight together using one vehicle, the Company always prioritize their services in terms of security and speed. Ensuring that the customer’s freight arrives safely, Deliveree provides a warranty towards the damage of packages where the amount is adjusted from the vehicle types that are used. Particularly for the customers who take the business package, the insurance reaches IDR 1 billion or US$70,250 (conversion rate of USD to IDR is 14,235) per booking.

Supported by 35,000 vehicles, the Company always ensures the freight is quickly delivered to the destination. The Company also gives training to their drivers towards standard operating procedures (SOP) and upholds the standard in their operation process. Thus, vehicles that are unable to ship goods on time will be replaced quickly.
