Heaptalk, Jakarta — Coca-Cola European Pacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP), together with the Labor Union, signed the 2024-2026 Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) at CCEP Indonesia’s Bekasi 1 Factory to equitably realize the rights and obligations of companies and employees by implementing human rights policies.

Attended directly by the Director General of Industrial Relations Development and Social Security for Workers at the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, Indah Anggoro Putri, this signing of this PKB agreement is expected to protect the employees’ welfare and promote human rights principles through job provision, adequate health and social services, and diverse and inclusive workspaces.

“Harmonious industrial relations will encourage increased investment, create jobs, and improve a decent life for workers. For this reason, I appreciate the employers and labor unions for establishing a good partnership between management and labor unions,” Indah said.

As a company that produces and distributes leading beverage brands, CCEP Indonesia strives to uphold a safe and comfortable work environment, employee capability development, employee welfare, diversity, equality, and a work environment free of discriminatory practices. Coca-Cola believes its business strength and focus lie in long-term sustainable management, achieved through its employees’ hard work and dedication.

Realizing the critical role of employees in company growth, CCEP Indonesia continues to focus on increasing the capacity, competency, skills, and leadership of all line functions in the company. The company will continuously develop human resource capability development programs through employee development programs.

“This PKB agreement marks an important step towards fostering a culture rooted in mutual respect and continuous improvement. We appreciate our union leaders and members’ constructive dialogue throughout this process. Your insight and commitment have been key to reaching an agreement that aligns with our shared goal of harmonious industrial relations. Of course, we also really appreciate and express our highest appreciation to the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia for its guidance,” The President Director of CCEP Indonesia, Xavi Selga, affirmed.
