Heaptalk, Jakarta — Coca-Cola European Pacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP), together with the Labor Union, signed the 2024-2026 Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) at CCEP Indonesia’s Bekasi 1 Factory to equitably realize the rights and obligations of companies and employees by implementing human rights policies.
Attended directly by the Director General of Industrial Relations Development and Social Security for Workers at the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, Indah Anggoro Putri, this signing of this PKB agreement is expected to protect the employees’ welfare and promote human rights principles through job provision, adequate health and social services, and diverse and inclusive workspaces.
“Harmonious industrial relations will encourage increased investment, create jobs, and improve a decent life for workers. For this reason, I appreciate the employers and labor unions for establishing a good partnership between management and labor unions,” Indah said.
