Heaptalk, Jakarta — Merpati Abadi Sejahtera has completed its latest hotel project called Arshika Bali Sunset Road, which is scheduled to start operating in September 2022. Preparations for the opening is entrusted to Topotels Hotels & Resorts as the hotel management.

“Arshika Bali Sunset Road will complement the tourism potential and hotel business in the Kuta Bali area. This hotel has an iconic building design and is different from the hotel surrounding, with theme of back to nature, a lot of open areas like gardens and swimming pool that resemble an oasis.” said Yonto Wongso, CEO & Co-Founder of Topotels Hotels & Resorts

He also added, “In Hindi, Arshika means the giver of happiness. We hope that consumers will feel the experience when staying here as the name implies.”

Hotel Guests will be pampered with various facilities, ranging from a 760 square meter swimming pool in the shape of an oasis, an 86 square meter whirlpool, 24-hour all day dining, trendy sports facilities, spa services, to meeting rooms for various events.

This four star hotel has a capacity of 380 rooms. Each room is equipped with a balcony for guests to relax and enjoy the Bali air. What makes it more fun, guests can also choose a room directly facing the swimming pool.

Located right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the city, guests can easily reach tourist spots around the hotel such as Seminyak Beach, Kuta Beach, Entertainment Center in Kuta & Legian as well as the Canggu, Sanur, and Jimbaran areas. Even visitors can just walk across the street to Trans Studio Mall or Krisna Bali Sunset Road Souvenir Center.

Even though it is located on the side of a major road, guests do not need to worry about comfort while staying at this hotel, because the design of the area was built with the concept of a resort with a wide landscape, and it guarantees tranquility.

During this pre-opening time, Yonto Wongso expressed his enthusiasm that tourism in Bali is currently increasing. The number of visitors from abroad and domestic shows upward traffic so this has a positive impact on many business sectors in Bali. “This is the right moment to open the Arshika Bali Sunset Road Hotel. The physical construction of the hotel has been completed and the market in Bali is starting to get busy again. Currently Topotels is providing the best support so that all operational aspects run smoothly, and guests have a satisfying stay experience.”

Apart from Arshika Bali Sunset Road, the same developer is currently developing the Arshika Luxury brand in the tourist area of Borobudur Temple, Central Java. Resort Arshika Luxury with a 5-star classification is built on a land area of 54 ha, consisting of 2 resorts, each of which provides 368 villas and 381 villas with wedding chapel, spa, fitness, swimming pool and all-day dining facilities. The activities that can be done are very diverse, ranging from cable cars to bridge the entire area, to activities such as thrilling glass bridge, luge, green roller bike, bungee jumping, X-swing, skywalk, outbound, eco wedding, and luminious forest.

In the future, several Arshika brands will also be developed in strategic locations such as Kuta beach Bali and several tourist attraction areas in Indonesia.

“We will continue to expand our network and add new hotels. Currently we manage hotels in Indonesia and Malaysia, and several projects are still ongoing, and in the future, we will expand more aggressively to countries in Southeast Asia,” concluded Yonto. (WLN)
