In this move, Jixie’s intelligent digital marketing platform and team will be integrated into Accenture to amplify its marketing transformation and resources through Accenture Song.
As is known, Accenture Song is the firm’s tech-powered creative group—helping Indonesian clients deliver more personalized experiences to enhance customer engagement for sustainable business growth. This integration move is claimed to help clients optimize customer data effectively and efficiently into actionable insights, regaining the control, speed, and trust needed to securely capitalize on Indonesia’s fast-growing digital economy, projected to attain US$146 billion by 2025 before growing eightfold by 2030.
The Country Managing Director of Accenture, Jayant Bhargava, delivered that the convergence of marketing, data science, and technology creates opportunities for businesses to redefine their customer engagement model.
